Ask us a question:

Step 1: Wired connectivity

Before setting up your wireless connection, make sure you are able to connect to the internet using an Ethernet cable.

I haven't set up with an Ethernet cable yet.

Step 2: Connecting wirelessly

First you need to make sure you have wireless on your computer/laptop. This can either be built in or via a wireless adaptor.

Next you will need your wireless network name and password. These can be found on the sticker on your router.

I haven't got a sticker and don't know my wireless network name and password

Now select your operating system from the list below for instruction on how to connect to your router.
