What happens once I've signed up?

Once you have signed up we will do all the work for you to transfer your services.

You'll receive a welcome pack and email confirmation of your order, along with other documentation as your order progresses. Keep these documents safe for future reference.

In these documents you'll find your go-live dates for your landline and broadband services - these may be the same date depending on the services available in your area.

We do recommend that your contact your old provider, just to make sure they have stopped billing you.

How can I track my order?

Once you have received your welcome pack with your telephone and account number you will be able to register for My Account. You can use My Account to track the progress of your order.
