From time to time you may see a one off charge on your billing. You can check these in the pricing section of the TalkTalk website or in the Terms and Conditions.
You will only be charged a connection or new line fee once. Your advised of the fee at the point of sale. This is shown in your welcome documentation which is sent before you go live.
If you have been offered free connection this offer can sometimes be credited back by your second bill, so theres no need to worry if you see this charge on your first bill.
TalkTalks method of payment direct debit only. This means if you choose to pay your bills in another way there will be a fee applied to your account.
Every bill that is produced without an active direct debit on your account will include this charge.
Direct debits are a safe and easy way to pay your bills. You can update your direct debit details online if they change at any time.
If for whatever reason your bank has rejected the Direct Debit request you will incurr a charge on your next bill.
Your bills confirms what date your payment is due to be taken from your bank account.
If you would like us to send you a bill through the post there will be a fee applied to your account to cover the administration and postage cost.
To save money and the environment you can register for online billing through My Account.
We will notify you by e-mail when your bill is ready to view. Here you can view all itemised calls and have the option to print or save a copy to your computer.
If we need to send an engineer to your home to investigate a problem there may be charges associated to the visit. Charges can apply for Bright Sparks Engineer visits or BT Openreach engineer visits.
You would be advised of any possible charges at the time the engineer visit is arranged.
If you decide to leave TalkTalk whilst you are in contract then termination charges will apply. These are calculated according to the plan you are on, any additional services you have and the time left on your contract.
The early termination charges would appear on the bill after your account has been disconnected.
