TalkTalk Help

From time to time you may see a one off charge on your billing.  You can check these in the pricing section of the TalkTalk website or in the Terms and Conditions.

What could I be charged for?

Connection / New Line charges

You will only be charged a connection or new line fee once.  Your advised of the fee at the point of sale.  This is shown in your welcome documentation which is sent before you go live.

If you have been offered free connection this offer can sometimes be credited back by your second bill, so theres no need to worry if you see this charge on your first bill.
