If you choose to receive your bills in the post there will be an additional charge. If you request a second copy of your bill, you'll be charged an additional fee per bill. These charges will be added to your total monthly bill. To avoid this monthly charge we recommend that you sign up for online billing. To find out how to do this, please see: How do I sign up for online billing?
You will incur late charges if payment for your TalkTalk services is not received on or before the bill date shown on your bill. If Direct Debit details are set up, but the payment has been rejected, you may be charged. To update your Direct Debit details, see: How do I update my direct debit details online?
If you are within a minimum-term contract with TalkTalk and decide to cancel your services, you must pay an early termination charge. For more information, please see: Is there a charge for terminating my contract early?
